Hope so....everyday i wait for pop up email in my yahoo messenger.....with what i have see is that everyday USCIS sends email at 8.00 AM, 12.00 Noon, between 3.00 and 4.00 PM and last is 8.00 PM (all are EST)....
If i dont get emails at this time...i go and check status online to see if there is any update on LUD....gosh this wait is killing me.

I am still waiting to hear on my RFE as well. It's been around 6 weeks since they received my response, and no word after the couple of LUDs right after they received response.

Need Help
Received an RFE on March 11th 2005 for my W2 since priority date. Attroney responded on May 6th 2005 and the USCIS received it on May 9th according to the fedex tracking number. But, still the online status does not change to " We have received your response for further evidence .......". It still has the old message saying " We have mailed you an request for evidence on march 10th".
Is that normal or I need to resend the RFE response once again. I was waiting everyday for the change of LUD and message but nothing happened so far. Can someone throw some light on this issue. How to proceed, since the deadline for responding the RFE is by next weekend. Appreciate your valuable suggestions. Thanks.

Even i am waiting from Mar 16 ( RD for RFE ). called customer service, they said it is assigned to an adjudicator...
, still not approved.
The Representative said INS should have responded to my case a long time back, but does not know why they did not. she asked me to tell my employer to give them a call to initiate an inquiry. I asked her about my I485, and she said they can't approve it until the I140 is approved. By the way she said my name check and everything has been completed.
I don't know then what the problem is in approving it.
