How many days to get I-140 receipt notice for Regular processing

Mine is applied on April 11th via mail. Still waiting for Receipt Notice. Please Let us know this is common practice or should be reason for concern. Please share your experience.

Did you get your receipt yet? I am on same boat, mine is filed in 1st week of May but still waiting for receipt to promote my case to Premium.
