How many days for approval after RFE

Hello,

My company replied for RFE (Ability to Pay and W2) on 140 in Feb 06, I got LUD on 28th Feb that Reponse for RFE has recieved and.....
No LUD's since then, How long does it take to get 140 approved ?

I had applied for EAD ext. for self and Spouce, my wifes EAD got approved almost 20 days back but mine has not, is it linked to 140 approval ?

Hi, I have similar dates to yours and had the same RFE on my I-140. The LUD was Feb 06....still waiting for approval. Let me know if you have any updates. Thanks

Even I have similar case. My employer sent RFE reply on March 14th for A2P. After that I have three LUDs on my case. My last LUD on I-140 was on March 23rd.

Folks,

I am also in the same boat. I got an RFE for A2P and submitted the response to VSC with a RD of 02/24/06 and so far no decision. Infat I did receive few LUD's on my case but nothing after March 25th.

God knows waz going on?
 
It took 30 days for my case, It will vary by company. All you can hope is to reply it properly and keep praying god.

LUD - 08/02/05, 09/21/05, 09/22/05 - No Status Change
01/11/06,01/12/06 - RFE Issued and Mailed-Lost in mail
01/25/06,01/26/06 - RFE Issued and Mailed again-Lost in mail
02/07/06 - RFE Issued and Mailed again - Received on 02/14/06
04/13/06 - Mailed the docs for RFE
04/21/06 - RFE Response Received and Updated
LUD's - 04/25/06, 04/26/06, 04/27/06

Response to RFE

I sent response to RFE ( Expericence letters submission) on 22nd may.

But my case is not updated with the receiving information.
Atleast they should have received the response in a week time. How long it will take to enter into the system.


Here are my case detail.

Labor approved 09/20.
I-140 and 485 Filed . 09/30.

RFE on I-140 . 03/08. Resopnse 05/23.

Same boat as you guys(see signature). My EAD2/AP2 still pending but wife's EAD was approved after 10 days. Amazing isn't it. Don't know what is going on with VSC.

Hold on! just 6 days are over!!
My friend sent RFE response on April 29th and still today he didn't heard anything yet..
 
Approval after RFE is case to case basis

Check my case. After so much analysis and pattern I can only say that no-one can guess when the decision will be made on the case. However, I see that The approval starts happening as earliest as 2 weeks after they receive the RFE response till 6 weeks. If you still waiting after six weeeks.. It means something else is holding you case and waiting form other form of communication sent to Lawyer/Employer. And if the case is 60 days OLD after RFE has been received the case is definetely EITHER approved and no update has been done on online system and also in case of denial they don't update the online system. So, after 60 days ask attorney to call USCIS and get the info.


MY 140 details.

140 RD - 9/29/05, ND 10/14/05, RFE 4/25/06, RFE Response received 5/18/06, LUDs on 5/18, 5/19, 5/22, 5/23, 5/30, 5/31
 
Delay in I-140 at VSC

I am in same boat. I submit my I-140 and 485 (concurrence) on 01/13/106 received RFE im March and submitted A2P and W2 on April 6, 06. No LUD since then. No they are processing 2/26/06 and my I-140 has no answer. I have asked lawyer to start an inquiry.

Same thing for me and lawyer inquired the status and here's the response from USCIS. Is this good or bad? Anyone who has the same answer from USCIS?

Based on your request we researched the status of this case. We are actively processing this case. However,we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or notice of action from us within 6 months of this letter,please call customer service"
