how many days does it take to get the receipt for I-140 adn I-485 filed concurrently?

Hi There,
How many days does it take to get the receipt for I-140 and I-485 filed concurrently?. I was planning for a visit in the month of November 2nd week. My company will be filing for my I-140 and I-485 in the month of Oct(i think 2nd week). Any body has any idea/suggestions/advice?.

Thanks Marais, Did you filed both or only I-140?.
I have spoken with the attorneys and looks like it takes around 6-8 weeks for application that are filed concurrently(I-140 and I-485). I am confused as to what i should do. I have my tickets blocked Nov 2nd week. It was said to me earlier that one cannot leave the country till he gets the receipt. Any suggestions from any body?.

Looks like most of the people got it in less than 3 weeks. I will surely update the excel once my I-140 and I485 is filed. I expect that to happen anytime in the 1st week of oct..........
