How many days after RFE

HI..

does anybody know how days does INS take to make a decision after INS recieves the RFE.
RFE recd by INS on 10/19/02

JUly RD. Desperately waiting!!!
 
thanks IndiaGirl....Did u also rec any RFE. I noticed in ur other post that u also applied 140 in July.what was ur RFE if u got one.

It's really good news! Congratulations!
I also got a RFE on LC qualification for my I-140, my lawyer replied on 11/5/02 via overnight mail. But I haven't seen any change in AVM or online stating they received it. How long it took for INS to update the status after they received your reply for RFE?

Attorney replied to RFE on 10/10/02 (not sure what kind of mail service) and I checked on 10/21/02....and it said " on 10/19/02 they recd the............"

I have not got any RFE so far. I checked my status just now and it still says that your I140 would get process in 150-180 days. bla bla bla...
 
"On November 08, 2002, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 150 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However, because preliminary processing was complete before we requested the additional material, the remaining processing time for this stage of your case is approximately 180 days. You will receive a written decision on this case."

HEy my case reads like this but does it read the same for other rfes too , why does it say a written decision will be mailed to you does that mean it is rejected
Please somebody reply and let know what it reads for pople who got rfe's and replied
everyone what does it say in your case does it say 180 days
