How many days after 45 days Notice to approve ??

Last week we received 45 days Notice from DOL from Back log center I guess..... and company responded immediately with positive reply...

I am not sure what the next step is ??

How long it takes to approve labor after this ??

We all agree that approvals are rare and not pouring in from BEC nowadays. We all think that its because they are trying to finish the submission of 45 day letters, and those we definitely see a lot in this forum coming in. Rumour is that until June 45 day letters is what we will see and hopefull by July - August we will see an increase in approvals (again my huble guess).

I think thats a very fair judgement. I got my 45 day letter in Feb 15th of 06, my PD is Mar 21 of 03. I was worried about the letters before I got mine, but now I see people started getting letters. So hopefully by June they will complete all the letters and then approvals will begin. Then there is the I-140 que, which is long too! Phew, lets all hope things happen fast, keeping the same job is difficult for all the years that it take to get a GC!

There is no forumula on when your case gets adjudicated after the 45 day letter.
I have been waiting for more than a year.
There are some who have got approval one month after responding to the 45 day letter.
It all depends on your priority date, the state you filed from and most importantly the positions the planets were in when you were born.

Dude, I responded to the 45 day letter back In JAN 05 - guess how many months it has been since then without any progress?

The point is Don't hold your breath for a quick approval just cause you got the letter.
