I am curious...they moved date to 22 April 2002, and my case is 18 April, 2002. Does anybody know how many cases are like mine: that have not been adjudicated yet, and ND is older than a processing date ?

REF issued by Officer 374 regarding Special registration on July 18, 2004
RFE acknowledged by TCS on August 11, 2004
AD: 41 days and still waiting
On top of that waitng for AP filed on December 03, 2003, YES I mean December 2003, it trasferred to Atlanta Office on June 16, 2004 and transferred back to TSC on September 7, 2004. Still not approved.
Today I called TSC and have them send inquiry on it, lets see
