How Many BIO USCIS take before Appoval I-485?

How many BIO USCIS takes before they Approve I-485 or I-602 Waiver?
I did My BIO Code 2 on Aug 2005. Then USCIS send me RFE
(Waiver-I-602). I sent that Waiver to USCIS end of Sep and got RFE reciving E-mail on OCT. Now last week i recived another letter for BIO Code 1 on Jan First week.
Is that a Good sign about my Case or something wrong?

Dear Mentos:

Nothing wrong, nothing good. INS is doing their job as your previous fingerprint is over 15 months. Code 2 is only for your G/C's print. Good luck.
