How many are there with approved I 140 Redo waiting 485 approval

eb3 pd 6/97 RD 9/99 ND 9/99 FP 08/00 140 redo approved 2/6/01.
Anyway, I would have to wait till my PD becomes current (which is next month) Have been reading about INS holding those 485 cases whose 140 redo is approved. How true is this thing? In my case the 140 redo was just because of company name change. There was no tax ID change.

I am here. Redo approved in Mid Jan. AVM changed to RFE recd in Mid Jan. Waiting for 485 approval. Seems like forever.
