How long it takes for Lawyers to respond to RFEs? It has been 2 days and my lawyer hasn't responsed to the BCIS.

Any idea folks? How long it took for you?

It depends on the nature of the RFE. What kind of RFE you got? If it is not too personal, could you please mention here?

Ok. As long as you have sent the latest paystubs and the employment letter to your lawyer( i guess you have already sent), depends on the lawyer's paralegals, it shouldn't take more than a week to prepare the letter to INS and attach your documents.

I agree with your concern, but give a day or two and check with your lawyer.
