my number is current in feb ,i send them an email yesterday i.e 20 dec and i have't got aresponse yet ...any idea ,how long does it take to e mail back
thanxs in advance :confused:
 
Usually they answer the e-mails and the answer comes approximately in 2 weeks. But the phone call is better.
