How long would it take to process EB1C 140 application

Hi,

I applied concurently I-140 and I-485 on Jan 31st 2007 and would like to know how long would it take complete the full process(espcieally I-140 Process). I received the receipt numbers and they from Nebraska.

Currently NSC is processing June 16 cases. So you can expect another 7-8 months wait easily for 140. The good news is that you don't have to wait much longer after your I-140 is approved for your I-485 to be approved (assuming of course that name check is clear and there is no RFE).

Have you filed your eb1C case with H1b visa / L1A visa? Have your received your FP notice / EAD and AP? what is your current status now. Please share your experience.

I filed my EB1C(Mulitnational executive) on L1B visa. I received my finger printing on March 31st and yet to receive EAD and AP. I would like to know how long would it take to get the EAD and AP. I filed on Feb 1st and I am yet to receive both documents. As I said before I filed in Nebraska center
