Hello,
I have applied for visitor visa extension for my mother in April Last week of 2006. Her I-94 expires in second week of June. What is the chance she would get her extension i-539 approved? I have applied in TSC and the web site is indicating that they were processing Feb 21 2006 cases.
Any comments/suggestions?
