How long will it take

Guys:

Just heard from senators office that my case is assigned to an officer in last week of Oct after my 2nd FP was cleared, any idea how long can it take to hear some good news?

P.S. I was scheduled for 2nd FP in 3rd week of Oct but did early FP in Sep, this proves that even though you do early FP the scheduling system picks the file after the scheduled date only.

Hey -- did your 2nd FP ever get updated on the system? Mine has been two weeks already -- and no change.

forum123, did Senator tell you how soon this type of case will be processed? Another 30 days?

My FP was scheduled for second week of Oct, hope it has been picked up too.
