how long will it take to get 485 approved after RFE received?

Got RFE in 07/01/04 for Employment Letter. sent out RFE in 07/27/04. RFE received in 07/30/04 from the online status message:

On July 30, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

My case timeline:

485 RD: 01/27/03
FP: 06/26/03
485 RFE SD: 07/01/04
485 RFE RD: 07/30/04
485 LUD: 07/30/04
 
Depends on the officer issued RFE

I have been waiting since 50 days of RFE ack,
what is the officer No# of RFE issueed officer
 
I donot really think it matters which officer gets ur case my case was approved 2 days after receiving the RFE while others are still waiting for approval from the same officer #249

My case was approved in 2 business days after the RFE response was received by TSC.
