How long to wait to apply

my wife just got her conditional gc (marriage based petition)

exactly how long does she have to wait to apply for citizenship?

assuming of course she never takes a vacation

assuming u are a US citizen, 3 yrs from the date conditional resident status was granted. (upto 90 days prior to 3 yr anniversary is allowed)
