How long to wait for new card after filing I-90?

My wife filed her I-90 last March 22nd. When should she expect her new card?

My wife filed her I-90 last March 22nd.

--what do you mean by Last march? March 2004 or March 2005?
where was her I-485 filed provide the service center name
was her case approved by service center then got stamping by local office
or it was approved by Local office after file transfer
what was the earror in the Card
Did she pay fees of $185

Has she got reciept of I-90 filing

When should she expect her new card?
