How long to wait 2 Letter before Contact Kentucky???

Hello everybody!

I know that the answer is somewere on this forum but I couldn t find it.

My CN is 2009DV00010***,and the last Visa Bulletin for Europe is 11000.

How long to wait until I call the Kentucky Consular Center to ask the schedule for my interview,and is it better to contact them with E-mail or by phone.

if your case number is current or will be current next month, by all means, email KCC.

I think it doesn't hurt to call, and you'll get an answer in less than 1 minute if you call morning time. I checked the Visa Bulletin today and found that my number (00008xxx) will be current in November, so I called KCC right away. There was absolutely no waiting time, and the lady immediately told me the date/time of my interview in November.
