18 days for for wantmygcnow and i remember 2 days for somebody else...........

send RFE (second time, the first one got lost who knows where)
send on friday (return sign requested, priority mail from CA)
received (according to usps) mon morning, updated status on website Tue 9am Pacific

I sent it priority over night mail and tracked it on USPS website and it is recieved and signed by somebody from the INS on Monday 11:00AM.
Hopefully I will get something today or tomorrow.

RFE updated the next business day after your RFE has been received.
My case,
RFE sent 09/04/2005(express mail,next day delivery)
RFE received by uscis 09/06/2005.(the 09/05/2005 was labor day''uscis closed.)
LUD 09/07/2005 stating that RFE has been received(The same message when they received mt RFI)
And then,
LUD:09/08/2005, 09/09/2005
Case approved on 09/15/2005
Card received on 09/20/2005 (Backdated 09/15/2004)
Citizenship June 16,2009.
Back home June 02,2010.

Hi everyone.

I have the same question like Gebre how long it takes to Update after RFE.
On Tuesday 09/27 I had sent my RFE on the post Office by Express Mail with certified return receipt I had check on post office online yesterday uscis had received on 09/28. Your item was delivered at 11:13 am on September 28, 2005 in LINCOLN, NE 68501 to INS EXPRESS. G CHRISTIAN signed for the item.
