How long to receive FP notice?

Dear forum members,
I sent my N400 application for citizenship on Jan 15th, 2010 & received application number and Priority date dated January 21st. Since then I received additional request for evidence - " please bring current driving license or state id for interview" on Feb 19th. After that I have not received anything else, especially the FP notice. When I check the status of my case it shows "Request for Evidence" and the description reads : On Jan 29th, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or Information in this case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested info."
My questions:
1. Is the request for evidence status on the USCIS site related to the "current driving license"?
2. What about FP notice? Do I have to be concerned since it has been over 6 weeks since the Priority date?
I am applying from NY.
Thanks & regards,
Sid

RFE is usually fingerprint notice. Driver license etc., are asked as part of interview process and as such not tracked as part of USCIS status update. You should try to contact their customer service and see what is going on. If FP was requested on Jan 29, and you did not receive till now (mid-March), there is a big gap and this is unusual.

On the other hand, I do not know why you got the letter saying interview on Feb 19 if the FP itself is not initiated (or complete). BTW, this letter - was it yellow in color?

Call them. If you do not get help over phone, take an infopass appointment and meet them in person. Either way, try to go beyond the 1st level customer service.

There's an option to speak to a customer service rep to report correspondence that you did not receive. I believe the option is available after checking your case status by phone. Just press the appropriate button to report that you have not received a letter and it has been over 30 days. You should be able to speak to a rep who can make a service request on your behalf. If you want it done quicker, you can also do infopass as suggested above.

Yes the letter was yellow in color? What does this mean?
Regardless I will call them on monday then and try my luck. What is an infopass appointment and how do i go about it?
Thanks & regards,
Sid
