How long to re-schedule if you FAIL the interview?

My in-laws are in their late 50's and do not speak English very well. They wanted to know what happens if they fail the interview and how long will it take for them to re-schedule another interview.

If they fail the civics or English part of interview, they will be rescheduled according to the next available interview at DO. Usually this takes anywhere from 1-3 months.
