how long to get PIN from DOL?

Does anybody has any idea how long it takes to get PIN when you register on line filing ETA9809? THANK YOU.

I applied 20 day's ago, but haven't get it yet. Can we ( and how to )contact DOL to ask why? Appreciate your info.
 
We did email to the help email address I found on the website, but that didn't help very much. We still waited for two weeks. You will get it!
