How long to get physical notices/cards ?

Hello All,

These are my time lines of I-485 approval emails :

Any ideas/suggestions how long to get the actual physical notices in mail. I had planned to go to India on Aug 30th. I am from NJ. [/COLOR][/B]

As far as I can see in the forums here, those people who got approved recently seem to have received their physical card in about a week or so after the first email. Assuming your biometrics does not expire, you should receive your card pretty soon.

Welcome Notice email- 22Aug2007(8:00 am)

Yep. A week or two seem to be the norm these days, if you don't have to go to another FP. Congratulations BTW!
 
8/21/07 - I got first email (welcome notice)
8/24/07 - I got approval notice sent email
8/27/07 - I got welcome letter and physical card in USPS mail.

I never got card ordered / mailed email
 
I got them in a week after the "card production" email". But my wife, whose approval was 10 days after mine is still waiting to receive the physical card and approval letter, 2 weeks gone by after the first CRIS email.
 
If you don't hear from them in the next couple of days, you may want to call them to make sure if their system has her FP. I've seen some cases where FP (which should still be valid) are not uploaded in the system or missing, etc.

LUD on 8/24/07 no message change
