How long to get LC receipt date

Hi Everyone,
My 7th year H1-B extension application in Vermont BCIS got RFE. Most likely they are looking for evidence, that my LC is pending for 365 days are more. (Actually my 365 days older LC is thru my previous employer and he is now out of business. But the I can ask the lawyer to get that from SESA).

Can any one tell me how long does it take to obtain the letter from NJ-SESA stating my LC was filed and it is now more than 365 days old.

Can anybody shed some light here....

Yes. Mine was filed in Vermont and the Notice date on the notice is Jul 23rd. Got to know about the RFE thru online status update site on Oct 29th. Still waiting to see what documents are asked????

Good luck to you. My guess is your Approval notice is on its way since you have the same notice date.
