How long to get I-485 receipt notice from NSC?

Hi,

Could any body tell me how long it would take to get I-485 receipt notice from NSC?

I filed I-140/I-485 concurrently under Eb2-NIW category about 3 weeks ago. got I-140 receipt notice in a week but still waiting for the I-485 receipt. Called the lawyer when the I-140 receipt notice is received, He told me that it is normal to get I-485 receipt notice a little bit late. I am just anxious about that.

Mine came 7 days after I-140 notice.
Only thing that delays I-485 notice is setting up between BCIS and FP department.

I dont know about the concurrent filings. But in non-concurrent 485, it took 1 week to get the receipt notice. and RD and ND are the same.
 
I got my receipt almost one month after we filed. The attorney told me to be patient but I did call USCIS myself after 4 weeks since checks we sent were not cleared. I was told receipts were sent the day before and sure I got it after couple days.
Hope this helps! You can call if you are really worried. I called on a Wed. morning right at 8 am and the waiting time was less than 2 minutes.

Hi,

I filed my application on 08/08/2008 at NSC and its been two weeks I haven't got RD notice.

I would like to know if there are people who filed before me and still waiting to get RD notice.
