How long to get back after Fax inquiry?

I sent the fax inquiry today. How long should I expect to get back from INS after the fax? Please share information. Thanks!

it depends

I heard back from INS on the same day, but from reading various posts on this forum, it really depends. It seems to vary from a day to never.
