How long to get a receipt for a H1 trnasfer from CSC?

My employer filed the H1b transfer petition on Nov. 26 via Fex. We have not get any INS receipt yet.

How long to get a receipt for a H1 trnasfer from CSC?

i had applied on 7th dec at the vermont center and i still havent got it. one of my employers had applied at the CSC in Nov 1st week. I got the receipt in 10 days and my H1 was approved in a month. I think INS processing is not a fixed thing, it just is vague.
