My i485 denied i filed a MTR,i want to know how long usually it takes to process MTR.when someone files MTR do they give any sort of confirmation number or letter.
i filed under 245i.uscis did not notice that i filed my labour certification before 30th april 2001.they just looked at my i140 and made a decion that i did not file my lc.i dont know how stupid they are,to make decion like this.
