How long it takes to make a decision on I-485 after FP is done?

I will be doing my FP tomorrow. How long CSC is taking to make decision for an interview or to approve without interview after FP is done

It looks like it took tinkoo three months from FP (12/15/00) till the time he\'s got it (AD 03/01/01)? Is this the case or the ND (11/30/99) plays also a role?
