How long it takes to get the Priority Date from SESA Massachusetts

Hi, my friends,


I am applying for a Lobor Certificate(RIR) in Mass. My lawyer sent my application to State SESA at Dec 27, 2003. But I have not receive any info from SESA. Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get the receipt from SESA after sending out the application?
I am greatly appreciated.

My question is:

how long it takes for me to receive a notice, or a receipt, or case#, or PD from Massachusette SESA after my lawyer send my application?

I sent my application at Oct 27, 2003. Now two months passed, and I did not receive any info.

your help would be greatly appreciated.

You will not get any receipt from SESA, your lawer will get them. Talk to your lawyer. Remember LC is not "yours", it belongs to your employer, so you will not be able to ask the SESA any questions either. All communications should happen through your lawyers.

LCA_01 and Tamil_gc, thanks for the info.

I just talked with my lawyer. He filed my Labor certificate application to Mass SESA at the end of October, 2003. But he did not receive any info from Mass SESA yet. So now more than two month passed, we do not have any info like case#, receipt, PD.

My lawyer mailed my application by regulare mail, so there is no way to even know SESA received it or not.

What is the normal time period to receive a receipt from SESA in MASS(not receipt from FEdex)?
