I'm F2A category and my husband just sent the affidavit of support file, do you how long it may take from now to the interview?

Are you talking about consular processing? I'd say 1 to 3 months if your F2A priority date remains current. Otherwise it could be well over a year.

In September it will be still current I checked on Visa bulletin

I know it's current in September for everybody. But if it's not current in October for you, and you didn't get interviewed by the end of September, you'll have to wait until it becomes current again which could take over a year.

My PD is 31 August 2011 so I predict that my PD will be current even in October.
