How long it takes to get the certified PERM hard copy?

Its been 4 weeks for me and we have still not received the certified PERM hard copy. What can we do about it?
 
Depending on which service center it is, your attorney/employer should email the appropriate one and request a duplicate copy. The center will reply with instructions for obtaining a duplicate original in it. Chicago we usually receive in a few days. Atlanta is usually 2-3 weeks from past experience.
