how long it takes to get approval letter

How long does it take to get the approval letter in mail. Our 485 was approved on Sep 23 and neither we nor our lawyer has received the letter. I am eager since we would like to go for stamping asap (we would like to visit Canada next weekend).
Can I get appointment in a day or two in Boston and can I select a day and time in Infopass.
 
Same here. My 485 got approved on 23rd sep and i still did not receive the approval letter.

Ours were approved on 9/24 and today I received the approval notices.
