Dear all, my RD is 3/22/01, response to RFE (fingerprint fee) was received by INS on 6/6/01, but I still have not yet got fingerprint notice yet. I called couple times in early Dec, the lady said she will write note to the department, I also did fax inquiry. Still nothing happened. I remember some folks said fax inquiry does help. How long it takes for INS to take action on fax inquiry? I called again yesterday, the lady did not help at all, just said case by case, they are processing Jan. 2000 case. Is that true, I heard lots of 2001 cases have been approved. I am desperate. Pls offer suggestions. thanks.

We filed 485 on March. Got AP, EAD but no FP notice!!! I also ask lawyer to send inquery last Nov. Nothing happened!
