How long it takes for approval after RFE response received?

RFE response sent on 2/6

online status is changed. Message says:
"On February 10, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

Any idea, How long it takes for approval?
 
It may take about a few weeks to many months. No one really knows. There is no rule or guideline that BCIS follows.

But what if a person has done his 3rd FP and sent the RFE response, how much time its going to take once INS receive the documents

Hi,
Since your RFE was updated on 10th FEB,2004 as per my experience it took me 11 business days from the RFE recieved date , so you should start expecting sometime 24th Feb onwards
hopefully between 24th FEB, 2004 and 27 FEB, 2004 .
Please let me know if my guess and experience is correct.

My RFE response was received on 11/35/03. Still waiting...
