I have been doing some search on RFEs for the past couple of days and looks like it can be anytime from a week to a month.

Btw,in your case who got the RFE notice....lawyer/you/both?

i replied to my rfe exactly one year ago and still waiting.
depends on other things like visa availability of name check in my case.

Also, what is your RFE?

I received RFE in 5/22/2007. Its asking for employment/offer letter, W2, I-20, I-797, recent paystubs, etc. All is paperworks ready to be sent this week by my lawyer.

Pls share your experience and opinions. I appreciate it very much! Thanks!
