how long it take to recieve green card after getting welcome letter

Pls does anyone know, how long it will take for me to get my green card after receiving my approval/welcome letter?
 
two weeks from approval date or two from the day i received my welcome letter, how abt this card production letter, i have received that kind of letter yet.............and my online status hasnt change.

Hi:
For Consular Processing cases, how long after entering the country can one expect (a) welcome letter and (b) physical green card.

I did select the option in DS-230 to receive a SSN. Wonder how long does that take, after entering the country.

09 Sept 2008: NVC Entered Date
21 Sept 2008: AOS Fee paid online
01 Oct 2008: DS-3032 submitted via email
08 Oct 2008: IV Fee Paid online
11 Oct 2008: I-864 submitted using cover sheet from NVC site
23 Oct 2008: NVC sent notice of receipt of I-864
29 Oct 2008: DS-230 and docs submitted
10 Nov 2008: RFE
26 Dec 2008: submitted docs
06 Jan 2009: Case Completed
13 Feb 2009: Interviewed and Approved!
17 Feb 2009: collected passport and sealed envelope
21 Feb 2009: Port of Entry: San Francisco - Passport stamped. Awaiting GC.
04 Mar 2009: Welcome letter received
06 Mar 2009: SS Card received
10 Mar 2009: GC received

In my case, entering through NYC couple of years ago, everything was received within 30 days.
