How long it is taking to get fingerprints in California?
I filed my I-140 from Chicago. Due to some reasons I have not gone for concurrent filing of my I-140 & I-485. Now I am working in California. My file (140) is processing from Vermont service center.
May I know how long it is talking to get finger prints in California after failing I-485?
I am hearing different versions on my case. I really appreciate your valuable suggestions on this issue.
Back Ground of my case:
1. Employer situated in NJ
2. Labor & I-140 filed with IL address
3. Currently working in CA
4. I want to file I-485.
Questions:
1. If I file my I-485 from CA, is my whole process will slow down?
2. If I file from CA, how long it will take to get my finger prints?
3. Is there is any delay in getting Final plastic cards if I am failing my I-485 from CA?
4. Even now, can I opt for filing my I-485 from IL? (By maintain my pay stub address to IL)
