How long is the wait AFTER FP?

I got a receipt notice from INS after sending in my concurrent AOS application on 08/29/2002.

Now, I have been called for finger printing on 09/22/2004 in Dallas TX.

How much longer do I have to wait to get the card?

What is your 140 status ...

If 140 is approved, by a libreal guess, you should get the GC within 6 months of FP completion. However this more of a random process so don't expect too much.
