How long is the FP valid?

Hi Guys, According to the INS case status page, my FP were received OCT 2002. Its been 15 months since I gave them. I hear ppl here say that FP is valid for 15 months...Since, my FP was 15 months old, shall we need to call INS about this or wait till we get second FP notices like most of the people do here?

I changed my job after 180 days, and not in touch with my old Attorney (Ex-Employers internal Attorney). Thinking that sometimes FP2 or RFE notice are not upto date on the online status, called BCIS, and they also said "JUST WAIT".

BTW not yet informed BCIS about change of job as per suggested by the old attorney.

Just make sure your current address is on record with BCIS as well as your current lawyer too.

Wouldn't do you any good if fingerprinting receipts were sent to the old lawyer or old address.
