Singh6 did you already receive your plastic? If so when & how long after approval letter?
Atique.

Hi guys

I had applied for RTD - 2.5 months ago...but after couple of days of RD/ND my status was adjusted to PR. I sent them a request (a month ago) to expedite it's processing alongwith info on my AOS. Because same form I-131 is used for RP & RTD, so I also requested them to issue me RP instead of RTD (if possible)

They didnt do anything on my application for first 2.5 months, but now I saw four LUDs in a row but the message is still the same that they received my application on that & that date.... blah blah blah..... Is it normal ?

When I got approval of my AOS I had an application pending for RTD. After my AOS when I rcv'd my RTD, it had my status "PR" instead of "Asylee" automatically. I didn'y do a damn thing to get this changed, it was done by USCIS on their own. May be I/O who worked on my RTD was happy because he got laid the night before or whatever but I was pretty happy to see that ;)

3 months is very normal. I received mine last month ,after 3 months. BTW it is RP. I doubt you will get an RP now since you requested for RTD on your origional application. I suggest talk to officer and have him/her open a query on your case. This way the officer who looks at the case will know your request. And don't forget to ask them to add your email in the query. So, you know what's is happening with the case.
