AOS is not taking more than 1 year.

Yes for the exams , I think . But if you have retainned the immunization papers you
can skip the shots which don\'t lose their effect in 1 year.

Medical exam will not be expired according to my attorney

My Medical exam is getting close to 2 year but my I-485 is pending due to lots of RFE issue. My attorney works for Fragomen(one of the
biggest law firm in this nation) and she told me that don\'t worry about medical exam it will not be expired.

Not sure about the expiry time

but don\'t think just \'cause you\'ve an attorney from one of the biggest firm, he/she can be always correct....you can always get a crappy attorney assigned for your case......just 2 cents worth from my own experience.......
