How long is it before getting the EAD Card after approval?

Has any one gotten EAD Card recently?
My Details are:
ND 12/15/00
AD 02/14/01
Not received the card yet.

if AVM says \'After approving your case on so-and-so date, we ordered a card. It is taking between XX to YY days\', then your card is not ready as yet, if AVM explicitly says \' This case has been approved on so-and-so date\', then give yourself a week to 10 days.

Mine is the first situation, it says that the card has been ordered and it will take 60 to 90 days to arrive. ND 11/27/00, AD 1/15/01, still waiting for the card.

AVM message says exactly same as \'ars99\'. What I don\'t understand is why is it different for different people. For instance my friend and his wife got the Cards on Feb\' 16, their AD was 02/04/01.
