I was approved at my interview for naturalization. In and out 20 mins max.
How long would it take for the decision to show up at my door as an oath letter and on the USCIS case status? It still shows online that I am at interview phase.

They have up to 120 days to mail you a decision.

120 days is too depressing for those with straight forward case
because they should get oath letter within 1 month at most 2 month

I agree, but by law they can make you wait for 120 days for no reason.
Hopefully, that won't happen.

They have no personal hatred against you why would they do that?

Only reason I can think up is the adjudicator resign and due to beuracracy,
supervisor need a long time to transfer yoru case from the resigned person to another.
