How long for Plastic Card After I-485 Approval?

Folks,

My 485 was approved on July 14th 2001. How long does it take to get the actual plastic card?

Also can I give a new address (in a different state) to the INS for them to mail out the card?

My passport was stamped on the 18th of May. I am still waiting for the plastic cards. You can file a change of address. But you have come this far, can\'t you wait a couple of months?
