How long for I140/I485/AP/EDI receipt and notice dates at Vermont.

Dear Friends:
After my LC certification, my attorney filed my I140/I485/AP/EDI concurrently at Vermont on July 31st 2003.

So far there is no receipt and notices dates. Any one have any idea how long that will take ?

Details:
MD: I140/I485/AP/EDI -> July 31st 2003.

Last year same time my application took around two weeks. For some people It took around a month. In case of concurrent application BCIS does preliminary verification of I-140 ( means verifying your Labor etc).

Also verify whether your checks are encashed or not.

Hi Esrao ,

Go to I140 forum and you can see ppl posting for third qurter when they filed when they are getting notices .I filed on july 24 th my lawer sent me a mail saying they got reciepts today .
