How long for EAD Approval after RFE?

I had applied for my EAD in Nov 2003. Recently i received the usual RFE for EAD and INS received the response on 6/29. Anybody how long it takes after that for EAD Approval?

RFE was for all pages of the PP [including i94] and also another photo evidence [so i sent a copy of my DL]

My wife had EAD RFE for photos and the response was recd by CIS on April, 28, 2004.

Until now, there is no approval. Why should it take more than 2 months for a simple EAD RFE?.

This is second person, I see waiting for more than 2 months after EAD RFE. Hopefully there are many who got it sooner.

I have got RFE on EAD and AP and RFE was clear photo copy of my pass port and Driver licence. INS received my response 06/07. no news yet

I485/AP/EAD -- ND Feb 3rd, 2004
RFE received by INS - June 7th, 2004

AD ??

Hopefully I will hear good news on My EAD in days time

can you all post your exp. my Response on my EAD RFE is received by INS on 06/07/2004 ( exactly one month ) and no news yet. My RFE is clear photo copy of my passport/ DL.

my EAd RFE or what ever you want to call it was for repeat FP (filed over the net). Initially they fingerprinted only one finger then last time they FP all 10.
And for a month they did could not deliver my mail as the address was incorrect even tough there was no change.
AP dated 11-03 RE 6-03 for PP and ID Mailed 6-23 no results.

my wife's EAD/AP has the same RFE.
AP RFE reply received 6/20.
EAD RFE Reply not received yet.

My friend who had a similar RFE in april, got the EAD after about 6 weeks of replying the RFE.

I think Oct and Nov, 2003 EAD filers are stuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Our EADs were approved today, just over three weeks after USCIS received our RFE. Still no news on AP.

hi

i am sorry if i am not entering this in the proper way, i couldnt figure out how to post my question, so i am using this thread.

i was on a H1B with employer A. Employer B got labor certification approved for me and applied for EAD ( concurrent filing ) in May 2003 valid for one year.I switched jobs. Applied for new EAD in february .EAD expired in May 2004.

I-140 approved in March 2004,filed in March 2003.

Got a request for new photos in June 2004 end and submitted photos in first week of july 2004 .

am waiting for EAD .Right now ,not working until EAD approval comes in.

questions :

1) Do i need any kind of visa after i receive EAD ?
2) How long does it take in VSC after photos submitted ?
3) If i walk i ,what papers will Boston center ask for ?
4) Any precautions i need to take ?
5) I140 and 485 filed in MArch,Boston shows Feb 2003 processing,
do i refer to processing dates of Boston or VSC ( april 2002 )?

EAD's are Approved on July 19th, 2004 - Over 6 weeks after RFE received by INS

no news on AP
