How long for EAC and Advance Parole from VSC?

I am just about to apply for EAC, AP and I-485. My lawyer says that AP is taking longer now due to new security measures - ie. checking names in the FBI database. Can anyone give me an idea of how long AP and EAC will take to be approved from VSC? I know shusterman\'s site says 60 to 90 days. Is this still accurate? We would like to travel in August if possible. Thanks.
 
EAD / AP from VSC

It is taking long. My RD is 03/27/02 and ND is 04/12/02. Still waiting for approval

Thanks for the information. Looks like a 2 to 3 month wait. Well, I am used to waiting.

the ND was 04/18/2002

Heard the AVM last week , it says EAD was approved 05/22/2002.
Nothing on AP yet

Waiting for EAD card
