I'm a Canadian Citizen, married to USC. I have AOS case pending. I have filed for AP with USCIS and it has been over 7 months and still i'm still waiting for approval. This is what i have done to get an answer from INS. 1) Filed three inquires over phone with USCIS. 2) Filed an inquiry in person through Immigration officer? 3) Asked for Congressman for assistance. Filed an inquiry with INS on my behalf through Congressman. 4) Wrote two letters for status checks? Can you believe it still NO ANSWER!!!!!What is Up with INS!!!
