How long does the process take?

Guys,

please help me out. I am new to this forum, I would like to find out how long on average does this process take? I mean from the very beginning. My company said they would sponsor me. We are planning on starting the perm process, what's all that's included into it?

oh man, your question is very difficult. I'd say from 2 weeks to infinity.-)))
There is no way to register your employer quickly. You get a tonn of questions.
Then you apply and then you have to wait for mercy of some anonimous DOL employee to approve/review your case.

I'd say they'll hold all cases until the next PERM timeframe is set.
Maybe they'll say it's not enough to fit withing the 60 days timeframe and they need more time. Maybe 6 months. Who knows?

Do not get me wrong - I want it fast - however it seems to take forever to aprove a simple application.

Even you no need to work with company, to file a PERM LC.
Even you no need to be in US to file a PERM LC.
